The regranulate we produce from hard PVC is obtained by a combination of several processes. All paper, metal particles and other substances are removed from the collected scrap material measuring 100 to 1000 mm. Using the know-how of Petkops company from Germany the remaining material is then ground and fractions of particulate matter sized 3mm, 5mm and 8mm are separated from the substrate. The last process removes all metal and non-metal particles from the product using the equipment made by Mesutronic. The obtained regranulate is filled, stored and supplied to the consumers in Big Bags.

Unlike the final products of many other companies involved in this kind of processing our product is dust-free. It contains no metal and non-metal particles and is divided into fractions of different sizes. We are one of the two holders of licenses granted in Bulgaria, which means that there will be a steady supply of raw material and also that we perform our activities in Bulgaria and the EC absolutely legally. We ensure appropriate quality to meet the requirements of our customers.
